Exciting new opportunity for a Supported Living Manager. Working within a prestigious supported living service for adults with learning disability. Offering up to £35,000

The provider is renowned for delivering the highest quality of care. Their services specialise in person centred care to improve quality of life for all service users.

This role for a Registered Manager is both challenging and rewarding. You will manage and provide guidance to all staff working within the service.

As the Registered Manager, you will manage the full operations of the service, such as taking overall responsibility for the operational running of the supported living development, staff management, ensuring the safeguarding of residents and that all systems are in place for reporting incidents, ensuring that the service complies with CQC requirements, development and training, health and safety and risk assessments.

As the Registered Manager, you must have the following

  • Minimum NVQ Level 5 *or equivalent*
  • Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
  • Strong staff supervision and managerial skills
  • Flexibility to work the on call rota
