Support workers required for supported living homes based in Wokingham, supporting young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Taking residents out into the community and helping boost their independence. As a Support Worker you will need experience of working in a similar environment and have a background offering brilliant care and personal support.

Shift:

Flexible - days, nights and weekends

Full time hours desired

Part time hours are available

Your responsibilities as the Support Worker:

  • Delivering a high standard of care
  • Helping residents with every day activities
  • Assisting with medication administration

Qualifications Needed:

  • Medication Administration

Additional training can be provided!

Requirements:

  • Food hygiene
  • Health and Safety
  • First Aid Awareness
  • Good level of written or oral English

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £9.00 - £13.00 per hour
