A Support Worker position has arisen within a brand-new supported living service. This service supports young adults with learning disabilities, Autism and may also display behaviours that challenge.

This is a unique opportunity to join a transitional service for young adults leaving childcare services. You will play a fundamental part in their continued development and promote Independence where possible.

This is a full-time position, working 5 shifts per week across a 7-day rota.

The Support Worker shift patterns are:

AM: 7.30 - 15.00

PM: 14.30 - 22.00

Requirements of you as the Support Worker:

  • Knowledge of CQC standards
  • Strong experience working with adults or children with learning disabilities

Location: Worcester Park

Salary: £9 - £9.50 per hour

Hours: 37.5 per week
