Are you looking to work with adults with learning disabilities and autism? Are you looking to support and promote independence in the lives of adults?

A Support Worker role is available working in a residential home CQC rated "good" with adults who have autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.

As the Support Worker, you're required to provide an outstanding quality of care, promote independence and act as an appropriate role model.

Requirements of the Support Worker include:

  • UK driving license
  • Experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities/autism/challenging behaviour
  • Hold a Care certificate
  • Experience working with adults in a residential home/supported living environment/domiciliary or respite is desirable
  • Commitment to complete training and qualifications
  • Flexible to work long days and weekends

Responsibilities of the Support Worker include:

  • Work under the companies guidelines and CQC regulations
  • Act as an appropriate role model
  • Provide an outstanding quality of care including personal care and daily living tasks
  • The ability to take part in activities including football, swimming and long walks

Location: Tadley

Salary: £18,450 - £19590 DOE

Role: Full-time (permanent) 39 hours
