Your Role/Responsibilities as the Support Worker:

As the Support Worker, your role is to be a general helping hand and role model to the vulnerable adults. Below is a list of some of the responsibilities to give you a general understanding of the Support Worker position.

  • To work as a keyworker to the vulnerable adults
  • Encouraging and assisting vulnerable adults to be as independent as possible
  • Act as a positive role model for service users and other staff in the home.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive, caring relationships with service users and their families

Requirements of the Support Worker:

  • Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care **or equivalent**
  • Minimum 6 months care experience
  • Passion for delivering high quality care
  • Genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults with Learning Disability

Salary: £18,500 + Extensive benefits package
