A care home requires a Support Worker to join their friendly team, which support adults with learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour.

As the Support Worker, you'll be providing care using a person-centred approach and assistant the residents to live life to their full potential.

You'll be joining an organisation that has been supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour for over 20 years and have built a positive reputation in the local area.

This Support Worker position is based in Basingstoke and you'll be working long days across a 7 day rota.

To be considered as Support Worker, you must have:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working with learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour
  • Driving license and own vehicle
