We are looking for Support Workers for a leading client in Slough, Berkshire. You will need previous experience of working within a care, nursing or residential home background. Additionally, we can consider experience within supported living background.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of caring for the elderly or vulnerable. As a Support Worker you will be expected to deliver a high level of care. Your help provided can make the difference between someone living an isolated and vulnerable life or becoming an involved and valued member of their local community.

  • Valid Up to date ENHANCED DBS
  • In date Mandatory Training such as Manual Handling, Safeguarding (SOVA), Food Hygiene, Infection Control, Health and Safety, Dignity, Fire Safety, Moving and Handling, First Aid Awareness and Medication Training for Senior Carers
  • Previous experience in working with Vulnerable Adults
  • Know how to use a Hoist


  • Assisting Residents with Daily Tasks
  • Helping residents get washed and dressed ready for the day
  • Assisting Residents with their daily meals
  • Working closely to specially prepared personal care plans
  • Administer Medication
  • To ensure people who use the service have their privacy, dignity and confidentiality maintained at all times

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Salary: £9.50 - £10.38 per hour
