A CQC rated OUTSTANDING supported living service requires an experienced Support Worker to join their reputable service which support adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Autism.

This Support Worker role is full-time, 40 hours per week and offering a generous salary of up to £19,000 per annum + sleep-ins & overtime opportunities. One sleep in per week would equate to an extra £3,000 per year.

As Support Worker you will assist in the development of adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism by facilitating decision making, promoting independence and building lasting relationships. This role does also include personal care.

Requirements of you as the Support Worker:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivilant)
  • Experience working with learning disabilities & Autism is essential
  • Managing or Supervising a staff team
  • Driving license and own vehicle

Location: Camberley, Surrey

Salary: up to £19,000 per annum + Sleep ins (Minimum of £3,000 per year)
