Calling all Support Workers!

Are you an encouraging person with experience supporting adults with learning disabilities?

Support Workers needed supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities in a Supported Living service in High Wycombe. You as the Support Worker will be supporting 8 adults with learning disabilities. Experience working in a similar setting and supporting vulnerable adults is desirable.

Responsibilities for you as the Support Worker:

  • Supporting service users with daily needs such as personal care
  • Working closely with service users, staff, families and other relevant professionals
  • Following service user care plans
  • Consistently promoting independence to service users

Requirements for you as the Support Worker:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience working in a supported living environment
  • Experience working alongside individuals with learning disabilities
  • Encouraging and supportive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Location: High Wycombe, HP13

Salary: From £9.00 - £11.10 depending on payment type

Shifts: Days, nights, weekends and sleep ins
