Support Worker-Learning Disabilities

Want to make a difference to a young adults life? Then this could be the job for you. We are looking for support workers to join our team in Torquay to support a very small home

You will provide support to young adults with complex learning disabilities as they go about their daily lives. A safe environment, letting residents explore and develop their level of independence with supportive staff,

You will receive excellent training and support throughout and a great opportunity to build on your existing skills and achieving your career ambitions within an excellent charity. Giving a high level of personal care and safeguarding to ensure residents dignity and respect is maintained.

Salary is dependent on experience, however experience is not required to be considered for the role, as a support worker you must be: friendly, encouraging and a good communicator. In return excellent training and career development is offered with a detailed career map given to every individual.
