An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Day Centre Support Worker to join a rapidly growing Charity in their brand new, purpose-built specialist day centre for adults with Autism and associated disabilities.

This is an encouraging, vibrant environment in which adults and young adults are supported to develop life skills and obtain knowledge that will improve their independence and integrate into the wider community.

As Day Centre Support Worker , you will work Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and earn a starting salary which will increase to £17,000 on passing probation.

As Day Centre Support Worker , you will assist in the development of adults with Autism by facilitating decision making, promoting independence, and encouraging individuals to engage educational, social and employment opportunities.

Requirements of you as the Day Centre Support Worker:

  • Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • 5 GCSE's with minimum Grade C/ level 4 or equivalent, including Maths and English Language
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Location: Cranleigh, Surrey

Salary: £15,269 per annum change this to the new salaey on your sheet
