The role requires a passionate individual to support service users in their own accommodation. You will be committed to promoting independence and giving exceptional person-centred care.

The Role:

  • Delivering person-centred support to service users in accordance with CQC standards
  • Encouraging the independence of the service users at all times
  • Appropriately responding to individuals' needs in accordance with their care plans and risk assessments
  • Always promoting the interests of the service users
  • Acting as a positive role model and member of the care team
  • Effective communication with the Senior staff as well as the Deputy/Service Manager


  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
  • Experience working within any care setting e.g. supported living, residential home, domiciliary care
  • A compassionate approach towards people with varying disabilities and complex needs
  • Flexible to work shifts on weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins
