Support workers required for supported living care homes based in Wokingham, supporting adults with and without Dementia. As a Support Worker you will need experience of working in a similar environment and have a background offering brilliant care and personal support.


Flexible - days, nights and weekends

Full time hours desired

Your responsibilities as the Support Worker:

  • Delivering a high standard of care
  • Helping residents get washed and dressed ready for the day
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Working closely to specially prepared personal care plans
  • Helping residents with their laundry, keeping their rooms neat and tidy

Qualifications Needed:

  • Manual Handling
  • Medication Administration
  • Safeguarding
  • First Aid

Additional training can be provided!

Requirements and needing a good understanding of:

  • Good level of written or oral English

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £9.00 - £13.00 per hour
