A Support Worker role based in Buckinghamshire is available working with adults who have complex needs and acquired brain injuries. As the Support Worker, you're required to ensure the service users are protected at all times, report writing and take a person-centred approach.

As the Support Worker, you will receive a pay rate of £9.22 on weekdays and a generous enhancement up to £10.22 for weekend and Bank Holiday shifts. You will also receive fantastic annual leave allowance and career progression into managerial roles.

The shift pattern is day and evening shifts only and shift times are 7.45-14.45 or 14.45-21.45

Requirements of the Support Worker include:

  • Experience working with adults/children with acquired brain injury and complex needs desirable
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care desirable
  • Commitment to work weekends, early shifts and late shifts
  • Commitment to training and qualifications
  • Emotional resilience and communication skills
  • Driving license very desirable
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable
  • A genuine desire to pursue a career in care, along with a passion and drive to help people is open with this role (no experience required)

Responsibilities of the Support Worker include:

  • Ensuring the service users are safe and protected at all times
  • Working under the companies guidelines and CQC requirements
  • Ensuring the service users are happy and comfortable
  • Take a person-centred approach
  • Light duties and personal care are involved

Salary: £9.22 - £10.22
