My client is seeking enthusiastic and hard working Support Workers, Care Assistants, Health Care Assistants, Domiciliary Workers who are passionate and excited to work with adults with learning disabilities.

What's on offer as Support Worker?

  • Starting hourly pay of £8.00-£8.50
  • Full time contract with guaranteed 40 hours per week

As a Support Worker, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Work within a care service for adults with learning disabilities
  • Support the residents in their daily tasks including washing, cleaning, meals and activities
  • Keep the home clean and tidy
  • Promote person centred care and day plans along with independence
  • Work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends

A Support Worker must have:

  • Social Care Experience (with any client group learning disabilities, mental health, autism, older person)
  • Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
