Residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities are looking for support workers for a 1:1 support role.

I am working with a highly reputable large care provider, who specialise in adult care. This client offers care and support to adults with learning difficulties in a residential setting. This particular service is a 6-10 bed care home, and has multiple support worker vacancies. As well as full time support, my client is looking for just waking night support workers too.

As a support worker for my client, you will receive a generous starting salary, with excellent holiday, career progression and further development.

The successful candidate must have;

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
  • Understanding of care giving and safeguarding
  • Resilient character due to residents challenging behaviour
  • Willing to undertake personal care duties
  • Minimum 6 months care experience
