Experienced Support Worker/Youth Worker required to support a vulnerable young person in a semi-independent living service based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
Experience lone working with young people with challenging behaviour, emotional trauma and mental health is essential.
Shifts:
Monday - Sunday Sleep-in's available
20:00-23:00 + sleep-in until 8am
Monday - Sunday Waking Nights available
20:00-8:00am

Responsibilities for you as the Support Worker/Youth Worker:
- Supporting with the young persons curfew
- Monitoring visitors in and out of the property
- Incident reports
- Ensure the safety of the person at all times
- Promoting independence and position behaviours
Requirements for you as the Support Worker/Youth Worker:
- Enhanced DBS Child & Adult on the update service
- Experience working with vulnerable young people 16+
- Encouraging and supportive attitude
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable
