A prestigious and reputable organisation requires an experienced Senior Support Worker/Shift Leader to join their Supported Living Service based in Camberley.

This is an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity to join a rated Outstanding service, that delivers effective support and care to individuals that may have Autism, complex needs, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

This Shift Leader role is full-time, 40 hours per week and offering a generous salary of up to £19,000 per annum + sleep-ins & overtime opportunities.

As Shift Leader, you will assist in the development of adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism by facilitating decision making, promoting independence and building lasting relationships. This role does also include personal care.

Requirements of you as the Shift Leader:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards
  • Experience working with learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour is essential
  • Supervising a staff team
  • Driving license and own vehicle

Location: Camberley, Surrey

Salary: up to £19,000 per annum
