A national, not-for-profit, organisation requires a Service Manager to join their team and lead two supported living services in located in Chertsey.

As Service Manager, you will oversee two supported living services which both support adults with learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviour. There are exciting development opportunities involed in this role. The organisation have big plans for these two services and as Service Manager, you will have an intergral part in future of the services and the organisation.

As Service Manager, you'll be managing two supported living services, as well as encouraging the service users to be independent in their daily lives and inspire relationships within the community. This a terrific opportunity to work for a highly established national organisation, in which you'll have clear career progression to senior management.

To join the Team as Service Manager, you must have:

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalant)
  • Full UK drivers licence and access to own car
  • Previous experience leading and managing a team
  • Flexible to work a 365-shift pattern
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience supported vulnerable adults

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Salary: £29,000
