Exciting new post available for a Registered Manager to join a rapidly expanding independent care provider of supported living and residential homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager or Service Manager to open a brand new 6 bed complex care supported living service in Bridlington.

On offer with this Service Manager role is

  • Salary of £25,000 - £28,000
  • Opportunity to open a brand new service for the company
  • Clear career progression to Senior Manager roles including multisite management and Regional roles

The Service Manager will be responsible for

  • Opening the brand new supported living service
  • Recruit, develop and lead a high performing team
  • Ensure all service user's are given the highest standard of person centred care
  • Manage the service within CQC and regulatory guidelines

Please apply if you meet the following criteria

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care/Registered Manager's Award
  • Prior experience and track record of being registered with CQC as Registered Manager
  • Strong and demonstrable experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health diagnosis
