Fantastic opportunity to become the Service Manager of supported living services for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in Buckinghamshire. Fantastic salary on offer and an ambitious and growing provider.

On offer as the Service Manager is a salary between £30,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience and CQC track record.

My client is a specialist provider of supported living services across the South with a great reputation for delivering high quality person centred care.

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with strong experience of managing supported living services, excellent knowledge of CQC and safeguarding and a passion for delivering positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.

The successful candidate will have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Manager's Award/ NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
  • Experience managing CQC regulated supported living services
  • Strong CQC knowledge and passion for working with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
  • Motivated and enthusiastic to work in a challenging but highly rewarding role.
