Experienced Service Manager required for a complex need supported living service based in Telford for vulnerable adults with a national charity.

My client is a leading charitable care provider with services across the UK who pride themselves on offering person centred comprehensive care and support to vulnerable adults. Their clients have a range of conditions including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health and challenging behaviour.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Service Manager with a clear understanding of using person centred support plans, working with high end challenging behaviour, leading CQC inspections achieving minimum 'Good' and a Service Manager who has a very strong eye for compliance to join their team

The successful candidate will be offered a salary up to £31,000 (DOE) and will have the following

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Extensive management experience within CQC regulated learning disabilities, autism and forensic care services
  • Knowledge and understanding of PBS approaches
  • Strong experience of CQC regulations and achieving minimum Good in inspections
