Exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager or Registered Manager to join a leading charity for adults with learning disabilities and mental health overseeing a medium sized supported living service based in Weston Super Mare.

This role is full time at 40 hours, Monday to Friday offering an extensive employee benefits package and a competitive salary of £30,000.

The ideal Service Manager will have strong knowledge of CQC and autism, safeguarding along with a determination to raise the service from 'Good' to 'Outstanding'.

Your responsibilities as Service Manager:

  • Successfully register with CQC by passing the fit persons interview
  • Line manage a team of day and night support workers
  • Ensure all residents are safeguarded
  • Deliver high quality person centred care that promoted individualization and independence

Requirements of the Service Manager:

  • QCF Leadership and Management Level 5 / Registered Manager's Award / NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
  • Significant experience in adults CQC regulated services
  • High level knowledge of CQC, adults with autism and learning disabilities and safeguarding

Salary : £30,000 + Pension
