Service Manager required for an expanding supported living service with an established yet developing specialist care provider based in Bristol.

My client are a leading local provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. They have built a strong reputation within the local area and are expanding their client numbers

Your main responsibilities are to

  • Manage the day to day running of a developing supported living service
  • Undertake referral and assessment of new care packages
  • Recruit and retain a staff team
  • Line manage a team of Deputy's, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers
  • Promote person centred care plans in line with the organisation's ethos
  • Lead the service through all CQC inspections
  • Achieve minimum 'Good' in all inspections

As Service Manager, you must have

  • QCF Level 5, NVQ Level 4 or Registered Manager's Award
  • Experience managing a CQC registered service (as Service or Registered Manager)
  • Strong knowledge and passion for working with vulnerable adults, learning disabilities and mental health
  • Driving License and Vehicle due to on call duties
