Service Manager required for an expanding supported living service with an established yet developing specialist care provider based in Bristol.
My client are a leading local provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. They have built a strong reputation within the local area and are expanding their client numbers
The Package

Your main responsibilities are to
- Manage the day to day running of a developing supported living service
- Undertake referral and assessment of new care packages
- Recruit and retain a staff team
- Line manage a team of Deputy's, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers
- Promote person centred care plans in line with the organisation's ethos
- Lead the service through all CQC inspections
- Achieve minimum 'Good' in all inspections
As Service Manager, you must have
- QCF Level 5, NVQ Level 4 or Registered Manager's Award
- Experience managing a CQC registered service (as Service or Registered Manager)
- Strong knowledge and passion for working with vulnerable adults, learning disabilities and mental health
- Driving License and Vehicle due to on call duties
