We currently have fantastic opportunities for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a supported living services for adults with learning disability. Based in Swindon, offering up to £35,000.

This role for a Registered Manager is a challenging but rewarding position where you will manage and provide guidance to all staff working within the service. As the Registered Manager, you will manage the full operations of the service, such as taking overall responsibility for the operational running of the supported living development, staff management, ensuring the safeguarding of residents and that all systems are in place for reporting incidents, ensuring that the service complies with CQC requirements, development and training and health and safety and risk assessments.

As the Registered Manager, you must have the following

  • Diploma Level 5 or willingness to work towards this.
  • Managerial experience
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
  • Strong staff supervision and managerial skills
  • Flexibility to work the on call rota
