I am looking for a Service Manager to oversee a residential home and supported living service in Newcastle with a prominent provider for adults with disabilities, autism and mental health conditions.

My client is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Service Manager or Registered Manager to join their North East team. Your role would involve managing a residential home for adults with learning disabilities and a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. Both services are rated as 'Good' with CQC and have established support teams in place.

We are looking for a proven Service or Registered Manager specifically within adults learning disabilities or autism services. Someone who has managed either residential homes or supported living and has strong knowledge of working with vulnerable adults.

On offer as the Service Manager is

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
