A busy and developing Local Authority based within the West London region are looking for a Service Manager to manage the Early Help team. As the Service Manager, you will need to provide leadership and management to children and young people in the early help service.

This role is a permanent, full-time position and as the Service Manager you need Early Help and Management/Leadership experience. You will be leading a service of around 50 workers as they work with families.

Your responsibilities as the Early Help Service Manager:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans
  • Provide senior leadership and management
  • Lead the development and implementations
  • Develop, promote and sustain positive and productive working relationships

Requirements of you as the Early Help Service Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Experience of working within Early Help Intervention Teams
  • Management and Leadership experience
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: West London

Salary: up to £74,000
