I am looking for a Service Manager for my clients brand new supported living service for adults with high complex needs.

You must enjoy working with this challenging but highly rewarding client group, have the drive and energy to build, mentor and nurture a new staff team and deliver the highest quality person centred care.

My client is a leading provider in the Yorkshire region who have a fantastic reputation with CQC, the local authority and commissioners. You would be joining a industry leading company!

The Service Manager will receive a salary of £25,000 (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to grow the newly created complex needs division.

The Service Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Experience as a Service Manager or Registered Manager of supported living services
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of complex needs and person centred care planning
  • Influential and motivational leadership skills
