Experienced and knowledgeable Service Manager required to work with an established complex needs homecare service based in Gloucester.

The Service Manager will oversee a caseload of complex needs clients ranging from Acquired Brain Injury, Physical Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour. You will line manage a team of complex needs carer's who work in service user's homes. You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder as you will be creating and developing positive relationships with family members and next of kin.

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4
  • Experience working with complex needs
  • Service management experience or supervisory experience in a CQC service
