Fantastic role available for a Senior Support Worker to join a semi-independent living service for young people aged 16-21 based in High Wycombe offering a fantastic salary up to £26,000 plus annual bonus and Monday to Friday working hours.

As Senior Support Worker you will promote independence and life skills to the young people, line manage a team of support workers and ensure all physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of the young people is catered for, ensure the home is clean and tidy, work with young people to complete work books

As Senior Support Worker you will receive the following benefits

  • Salary up to £26,000
  • Additional £4,000 available per annum in bonus on hitting KPI's
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • Fully funded qualification and training

To qualify for this opportunity you must have

  • NVQ 3 Health and Level Social Care or Children and Young People
  • Experience working with young people in children's homes or semi-independent units (essential)
  • Driving License and Vehicle (due to taking young people out)

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 plus £4,000 bonus.
