Fantastic role available for a Senior Support Worker to join a 16-21 semi-independent living service for young people based in London. Monday to Friday working hours.

The Senior Support Worker role is a full time post working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, no sleep ins.

As Senior Support worker you will promote independence and life skills to the young people, act as a key worker and line manage a team of support workers and ensure all physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of the young people is catered for.

Senior Support Worker benefits

  • Salary up to £26,000
  • Additional £4,000 available per annum in bonus
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • Fully funded qualification and training

Senior Support Worker requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or Children and Young People
  • Experience working with young people in children's homes or semi-independent units
  • Driving License and Vehicle (due to taking young people out)

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 plus £4,000 bonus.
