Are you an experienced HR Advisor with employee relations experience? Apply NOW!
This is a 12 month maternity cover position ommencing September 2022, so if you are looking to build on your current HR experience then this is a role for you. Working within a specialist learning disabilities and autism school you will work alongside an enthusiastic and supportive multidisciplinary team.
The HR Advisor role is paying £32,000 on a full time, permanent contract of 40 hours a week and there are great training and progression opportunities for those who seek it.

Please apply if you have:
- HR experience including Employee Relations, Recruitment and ER knowledge
- Organised with attention to details to manage a high priority workload
- Able to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders, proactively mangage all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Able to support with employee wellbeing
- Ideally hold CIPD Level 5 in HR Management and have at least 2 years experience in an adviosry role
