Residential Support Worker required to join a residential school based in Wokingham, Berkshire starting 11th January 2021. (Interviews on the 5th January)
Experience working with children with challenging behaviours, ADHD and Autism are desirable.
Shifts:
7:15 - 16:15
12:30 - 22:00

Responsibilities for you as the Residential Support Worker:
- Increasing and Teaching Independence
- Taking part in recreational events and activities
- Build relationships with the children and young people
- Ensure they are fully safeguarded at all times
- Safeguarding recording, log recording and contact recording
Requirements for you as the Residential Support Worker:
- Enhanced DBS Child & Adult on the update service
- Experience working with vulnerable young people in a residential setting
- Encouraging and supportive attitude
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People desirable
- Car Driver with full clean license is essential
Location - Wokingham
Salary: £9.00 + per hour
