A Residential Support Worker role is available working in a children's residential home, working with children and young people with emotional behaviour disorders.

As the Residential Support Worker, you will provide an excellent standard of care, use initiative at all times and want to help children and young people develop and progress.

Requirements of the Residential Support Worker include:

  • Must have a clean UK driving license
  • Good standard of written English for report writing
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce *essential
  • Must have experience working in a residential children's home (EBD)
  • Be fully flexible to work weekends, sleep-in duties, long days and early shifts

Responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker include:

  • Work under the companies guidelines and Ofsted regulations
  • Act as an appropriate role model
  • Provide an outstanding quality of care
  • Report incidents appropriately and accordingly

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

Location: Stoke on Trent
