Are you looking to assist young people in developing their social, emotional and developmental needs? Are you looking to make a difference in young people's lives providing therapeutic care and a positive attitude?

This position is based in a residential setting with young people aged between 11-18. You will be expected to display a positive attitude, empathy and display yourself as an appropriate role model. This role applies to those who have experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour.

Requirements of the Residential Support Worker:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Residential setting or experience working with young people who demonstrate challenging behaviour
  • Commitment to completing training and qualifications
  • Ensuring to maintain the company values and regulations
  • Clean UK driving license

Salary: £19,500 - £25,800
