Job: Residential Support Worker - Full Training Provided
Location: Axminister
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
Hours: 37.5hrs

I am recruiting for Residential Support Workers to work in a specialist residential children's home supporting young people with complex needs, EBD and Learning Disabilities. My client are an exceptional company who are growing and looking for more talented individuals to join their company!
You will be working alongside the young people to ensure they receive the appropriate support, build positive relationships, and learn to develop their lives giving them lots of opportunities down the line.

The basic salary is £18,000 - £20,475. With sleep ins rate paid at £73per night as an additional cost, you'll average take home an EXTRA £5,000+. This is a great salary incentive for an entry level role!

Desirable skills:
