A brand-new position has arisen for a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager to join a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, as the Residential Service Manager. This 11-bedded residential service delivers excellent person-centred support to adults aged 30 and over.

This is an autonomous role in which you will take overall responsibility of the day to day running of the service. You'll ensure that the staff team enable the service users to lead a fulfilling life, as independently as possible.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with a great salary of up to £28,500 per annum.

As Residential Service Manager, you'll lead and develop your care team and ensure they deliver exceptional care to the residents with the home.

Requirements of you as the Residential Service Manager:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in a Social Care Management setting
  • Strong CQC knowledge
