A brand-new position has arisen for a Service Manager or experienced Deputy Manager to join a specialist transitional supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, as the Supported Living Manager.

This 7-bedded supported living service delivers excellent person-centred support to adults aged 18-35, through the promotion of positive risk taking and through equipping people with practical, transferable skills. The aim of the service is to reduce dependence on staff and to provide the necessary tools to thrive independently both inside and outside of the service.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with a great salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

This is an autonomous role in which you will take overall responsibility of the day to day running of the service. You'll ensure that the staff team enable the service users to lead a fulfilling life, as independently as possible.

Requirements of you as the Residential Service Manager:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in a Social Care Management setting
  • Strong CQC knowledge

Hours: Full time
