A highly reputable and leading provider of Supported Living services is looking to appoint a Registered Manager to join their branch and work a diverse range of clients delivering exceptional levels of care in the Birmingham Area. The service is highly established across all settings of care and has consistently achieved 'Good' across CQC inspections. This is an excellent opportunity to work across different client groups including Older People, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and those with Mental Health Conditions. Salary of up to £33k is also on offer.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

  • Play an integral part in the day to day running of the supported living service
  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • Deliver a set number of Hours of Care
  • Work to further develop Branch Services
  • Create and Maintain effective relationships with external parties

As a Registered Manager, you must have:

  • -NVQ Level 5 or working towards
  • -Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own Vehicle
  • -Previous managerial/supervisory experience in a similar setting
