I am recruiting for a Registered Manager for a specialist domiciliary care service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions based in the Wirral with a fantastic client of mine.

The Registered Manager will be influential in managing the day to day running of the service, line managing a staff team including Care Coordinators, creating positive relationships with clients and families and delivering high care quality person centred care in peoples own homes.

The Registered Manager will be given the following

  • Starting salary of £30,000
  • Additional Managerial Bonus Scheme up to £3,000
  • Great annual leave and pension benefits
  • Clear career progression available

The Registered Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Prior experience being registered with CQC as the Registered Manager
  • Thorough understanding of CQC, health and social care legislation and homecare minimum standards
  • Extensive experience working with learning disabilities, autism and mental health
