Exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join an innovative and influential children's home provider for their medium sized residential home based in Lincolnshire.

The client is looking for an experienced manager that can bring fresh ideas, good leadership and management skills and can maintain and deliver a high standard of care.

The Registered Manager role is a full-time position with Monday to Friday office working hours offering a highly competitive remuneration package including salary up to £35,000.

Your responsibilities as Registered Manager:

  • To ensure that the service meets minimum standards for all legislation including Ofsted and Health & Safety
  • To lead and supervise staff, as well as provide guidance and support to the staff team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the ongoing development of all staff
  • Monitor and review procedures setting in place processes to ensure the service is compliant with government regulations and working to ensure care standards are met


Requirements of the Registered Manager:

  • QCF Leadership and Management Level 5 / Registered Manager's Award / NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
  • Significant experience in children's homes
  • High level knowledge of Ofsted or SCI Standards, young people and safeguarding
  • Expeirence working with
