I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to set up a brand-new domiciliary care service based in Stockport for one of the most respected charities in the UK.

The Registered Manager will receive

  • Salary of £34,680
  • Salary Increment Increase (based off hours of care added)
  • 28 Days Annual Leave
  • Full support from internal departments including HR, Recruitment and Marketing

With the full support of the senior management team, a recruitment and HR function your responsibilities will be to

  • Set up a new homecare service within the Stockport area
  • Register with CQC as Registered Manager
  • Win new private clients and deliver the highest quality care to all clients
  • Market your service and build a positive reputation in the local area
  • Build and motivate a staff team of carer's and coordinator's
  • Promote independence and person centred care plans
  • Manage your service within agreed budgets
  • Oversee the profit and loss of your service ensuring maximum profitability

My client provides support and housing for older people (55+), offering domiciliary care packages and extra care schemes.

The Registered Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or management qualification
  • Prior experience being registered with CQC as Registered Manager
  • Passion and drive to build a new homecare service from scratch
  • Business acumen to manage profit and loss and work within allocated budgets
  • Local knowledge of Stockport is desirable
