Registered Manager required for a busy domiciliary service based in Nottingham offering care at home services paying £30,000.

I am looking to speak to Registered Managers and Care Managers within domiciliary branches in Nottingham for a challenging but exciting role within a busy service. Â

My client are lead providers to local authorities across the East and West Midlands. The Nottingham branch requires a strong and competent manager to come on board, identify service improvements, implement actions plans to raise care standards and effectively recuit and retain care staff.

The Registered Manager's main responsibilities are to

  • - Lead a team including Coordinators, Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants
  • - Market the service in the community to generate private referrals
  • - Lead the service through all CQC inspections
  • - Exceed minimum expectations of 'Good' in inspections
  • - Ensure all clients are safeguarded and taken care of thoroughly
  • - Effectively recruit and retain staff
  • - Exceed financial targets set by Directors


The Registered Manager must have

  • - QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
  • - Management experience within a domiciliary branch
  • - Financial and business acumen
  • - Proven track record within CQC inspections (via inspection reports)
  • - Proven track record with exceeding financial targets
  • - Driving License and own vehicle
