Exciting opportunity with a growing provider who support vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting are looking for a turnaround Registered Manager. Offering up to £40,000.

This 4 bedded children's home which is dedicated to the support of children and young people with emotional difficulties are in need of an experienced Deputy Manager or existing Registered Manager to lead the team.

As the Registered Manager, you must have:

  • NVQ Level 5 or Equivalent
  • Full Driving License
  • Experience of Budget Management
  • Experience and Understanding of relevant governing bodies
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Experience working with Children with EBD

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
  • Be an ambassador for the organisation
  • Develop services in accordance to requirements
  • Introduce, implement and develop business plans and other strategic plans
  • Enable the continual professional development of team and yourself
  • Build trusting and professional relationships
  • Ensure service is fully compliant to relevant governing bodies
