We have an exceptional role with a Homecare provider that delivers care and support to over 8000 people across London. Offering a salary of £55,000.

The provider who have been established for 15 years are going through an exciting growth period and due to this they have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join the team.

The role will be challenging yet rewarding where you'll be hands on supporting Care Managers and the teams ensuring that the service falls in line with legislative requirements, policies and procedures. As well as the support given you'll also ensure all training activities meet the companies requirements for CQC, quality management, & health and safety requirements.

Naturally you will be the main point of contact for CQC leading the service through inspections and dealing with outcomes where necessary.

As the Registered Manager, you must have the following

  • Minimum NVQ Level 5 *or equivalent*
  • Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
  • Previous experience as a registered manager within services who specialise with the elderly or in people with dementia
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
  • Strong staff supervision, managerial and communication skills
