My client is a leading provider of care for young people and adults with learning disabilities based in the South West.
We are seeking a Registered Manager for a brand new short breaks residential service for young people with learning disabilities based in Poole.

The Registered Manager needs to be ambitious, driven, motivating and enthusiastic about beginning a brand new and much needed service.

The Registered Manager post includes a very generous salary plus bonus scheme, pension, private healthcare scheme and employee savings benefits.

The Registered Manager must have


NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
Previous experience as Registered Manager of children's services
Understanding of learning disabilities and young people's social care
Strong knowledge and track record of Ofsted regulations and inspections
Passion for delivering a much-needed short breaks service for vulnerable young people
Track record of building new staff teams
