An exciting new Registered Managers position has become available to join a leading provider of care to adults with learning disabilities.

The Registered Manager will be managing one residential care home for adults with Autism and complex needs, as well as encouraging the service users to be independent in their daily lives and inspire relationships within the community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a national organisation, in which you'll coach and develop your staff team with a person-centred focus.

About the Service

As the Registered Manager, you will be joining a specialist residential care home which support adults with Autism and complex needs. The care home is a specially adapted service for Autism and is guided by the principles set out by the SPELL framework.

Using techniques such as Now & Next, PECs, and Visual Flow of the Day, the service adopts a visual communication culture to support individuals who may find verbal communication challenging effectively.

Requirements of you as the Registered Manager

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in a Social Care Management setting
  • Strong CQC knowledge
