A Registered Manager role is available working with an organisation who is focused on providing an outstanding quality of care to a range of service users.

As the Registered Manager, you're required to manage and oversee two of the Extra Care Services. The services have a large number of residents situated in their self-contained flats. The Registered Manager will ensure a person-centred approach is maintained at all times, lead a large staff team and liaise with external professionals.

Requirements of the Registered Manager include:

  • UK driving license
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Strong experience managing an extra care service/domiciliary service
  • Must have strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations

Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:

  • Work under the companies and CQC requirements at all times
  • Ensure a person-centred approach is maintained at all times that support independence and flexibility
  • Ensure care plans are assessed and reviewed regularly, and deal with referrals and enquiries
  • Be responsible for a large staff team, and ensure high levels of work and care are maintained

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Position: Extra Care Registered Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE
