Registered Manager required for a busy domiciliary service covering the Gloucester region with a leading charity who provide care and support to older people nationwide.

We are looking for a proven Registered Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary and homecare services who has strong knowledge of care delivery, compliance and motivating staff teams.

The main responsibilities of the Registered Manager are to

  • Manage the day to day running of a domiciliary service covering Gloucester and Forest of Dean
  • Deliver high quality, person centred care to all clients of the service
  • Line manage and motivate a staff team based in the office and in the field
  • Successfully register as the Registered Manager with CQC
  • Promote and market the service in the local community generating new private client revenue

On offer as the Registered Manager is

  • Salary of £32,000 - £35,000

To be considered as Registered Manager, you must have

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
