Exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager or Service Manager to join an established domiciliary service for adults with learning disabilities based in Wrexham.

My client are a leading national provider of care and support to adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and autism.

The Registered Manager role is a full-time position with Monday to Friday office working hours offering a highly competitive remuneration package including salary of £27,000 plus bonus scheme.

Your responsibilities as Registered Manager:

  • Successfully register with CQC by completing the fit persons process
  • Line manage a team of qualified support workers, senior support workers and deputy manager
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with all CQC, domiciliary and safeguarding legislation
  • Lead the home through all CQC inspections achieving minimum 'Good'
  • Deliver high quality, personalised care to young people within the home

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

QCF Leadership and Management Level 5 / Registered Manager's Award / NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
Significant experience in supported living and adults learning disabilities
High level knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and learning disabilities

Salary : £27,000 + £2,700 Bonus
